Note! It is not necessary to make a mistake in length. ※ ケーブル切断長＝ ＤＩＳ３０－R４２ ＤＩＳ３０－ ４２P内： ４２ 内：12ｍｍ 内： ｍｍ+ケーブル長規格中央値 ｍｍ ケーブル長規格中央値 ※ Cable length after cutting＝ ＝DIS30-R42P： ：12mm＋ ＋ Standard of length 3-2. ケーブル剥き出し Stripping a cable jacket ケーブルの芯線をA寸法に剥き出します。 Peel the cable to dimension A. 注意！ ケーブル剥き出し長を間違えないよう注意して下さい。 ケーブルの線心に切れ・傷を付けないよう注意して下さい。 Note! Refer to the instruction manual in case of using contact crimp tool or crimp machine. Take care not to stick out the wire from the contact. Manual No. TC-655 Page 5 /6 3-4. コンタクト挿入 Inserting a contact コンタクトを指定するインサートの端子No.部へ挿入します。 ※ コンタクト挿入時、コンタクトがインサートに引っ掛かると“パチン”と音がします。 ※ コンタクト挿入後、線心を軽く引っ張りコンタクトがインサートから抜けない事を確認して下さい。 Insert the contact into the specified terminal number point in the housing. ※ When the contact catches the housing, you will hear a snap. ※ Pulling the wire for confirming the correct position. 注意！ コンタクトの挿入は方向性がありますので注意して下さい。 Note! Please note that the insertion of contact has directionality. ※ コンタクトのランスの向きをハウジングの 端子No.の向き(上下)と同じ方向に 合わせて挿入して下さい。 ※ Insert the contact so that the lance and the terminal number face the same direction. ※ 挿入されたコンタクトを引き抜く場合は、 コンタクト抜去工具を使用して下さい。 コンタクト抜去工具：３５７Ｊ－５１３７４Ｔ コンタクト抜去工具を使用の際は、取扱 説明書を参照願います。 ※ Using the removal tool for pull out inserted contact. Tool name : Contact removal tool P/N : 357J-51374T Refer to the instruction manual in case of using removal tool. ※ 引抜いたコンタクトはランスが倒れますので コンタクトを再挿入する場合は、コンタクトの ランスを元に戻してから使用して下さい。 ※ As Lance falls down easily after removal, Please set up to original position before insert. Manual No. TC-655 Page 6 /6 3-5. インサート取り外し方法 The insert removal method インサートを取り外す場合は、次の手順で行って下さい。 Please go according to the following procedure when you detach insert. ① レセプタクルコネクタを取り外し受台にセットします。 ② 取り外し治具のツメをインサートのロックツメに合わせます。 注意！ 治具及び受台には方向性があるので注意して下さい。 ① The receptacle connector is set in the removal holder. ② The fingernail of the detaching treatment device is matched to the lock pawl of insert. Note! Please note that there are directionality in the treatment device and the removal holder. ● 取り外し冶具：(357J-53041T) 取り外し受台：(357J-53071T) ● Removal jig：(357J-53041T) Removal holder：(357J-53071T) ③ インサート取り外し治具を押して、インサートロック部のツメ部分を倒してロックを解除して下さい。 その際インサートの電線を押し込みながら行って下さい。インサートはレセプタクルシェルから 解放され、レセプタクルシェルが落ち込みます。 ③ Please push an insertion removal jig, push down the hanging part of an insertion lock part, and cancel a lock. Please carry out pushing in the receptacle shell. Insert is liberated from the receptacle shell, and falls.
