REQUIREMENTS:
Dimensions and configuration: See figure 1.
Terminations:
Styles CDR11 and CDR13: Termination finish M or N.
Styles CDR12 and CDR14: Termination finish S, U, W, Y, or Z. Solder, when applicable, shall have a
maximum melting point of +200°C.
Inspection conditions: Solderability examination shall be in accordance with method 208 of MIL-STD-202. All
other visual examinations shall be performed using a stereo microscope having a minimum magnification of 20
power.
Capacitance: See table I and table II.
Capacitance tolerance: See table I and table II.
Rated voltage: See table I and table II.
Product level: Non-established reliability: C; established reliability: M, P, R, or S.
Operating temperature range: -55°C to +125°C.
Dissipation factor: In accordance with MIL-PRF-55681.
Insulation resistance:
At +25°C ±5°C: 10 megohms, minimum (for 0.1 pF through 470 pF); 10 megohms, minimum (for 510 pF
through 1,000 pF).
