DESCRIPTION
The U74AHCT374 is a octal edge-triggered D-type flip-flops
with 3-state outputs and 8 channels.
TSSOP-20
When the OE input is low, on the positive transition of the
clock (CLK) input, the Q outputs are set to the logic levels of the
data (D) inputs.
When the OE input is high, the outputs are in the
high-impedance.
To ensure the high-impedance state during power up or
power down, OE should be tied to VCC through a pull-up
resistor; the minimum value of the resistor is determined by the
current-sinking capability of the driver.

* Operate from 4.5V to 5.5V
* Inputs Accept Voltages to 5.5V
* Max tPD of 9.4ns at VCC=5V, CL=15pF
* Typical VOL< 0.36V at VCC=4.5V, IOL=8mA, TA=25°C
* Typical VOH> 3.94V at VCC=4.5V, IOH=-8mA, TA=25°C
