DESCRIPTION
The UTC SBL1060 is a schottky barrier rectifier, it uses UTC’s
advanced technology to provide customers with low forward voltage
drop and high efficiency, etc.
The UTC SBL1060 is suitable for use in free wheeling diodes, high
frequency switch power supply and polarity protection applications.

