DESCRIPTION
The UTC SBL1540 is schottky barrier rectifier, it uses UTC’s
advanced technology to provide the customers with low power loss,
low forward voltage drop, high efficiency and high surge capability.
The UTC SBL1540 is suitable for low voltage, high frequency
inverters, freewheeling, and polarity protection applications.

