The ISL9021A is a single LDO, which provides high
performance, low input voltage and high PSRR. It
Ultra-small 0.975x1.155mm 4-bump WLCSP package
•High performance LDO with 250mA guaranteed
continuous output current
delivers guaranteed continuous 250mA load current
•Input voltage range: 1.5V to 5.5V
and is stable with 1µF to 4.7µF of output capacitance
•Output voltage range: 1.2V to 3.3V
(±30%) with an ESR range of 5mΩ to 400mΩ.
•High PSRR: 75dB @ 10kHz, 50dB @ 1MHz
The input voltage range for the ISL9021A is between

High Efficiency Power Supply
for Small Size Displays
The ISL98608 is a high efficiency power supply for small
size displays, such as smart phones and tablets requiring
±supply rails. It integrates a boost regulator, LDO and
inverting charge pump that are used to generate two
output rails: +5.5V (default) and -5.5V (default). The ±5.5V
Ultra-small 1.744mm x1.744mm WLCSP package
output voltages can be adjusted from ±4.5V up to ±7V with
50mV steps using the I C interface.
