The patented MOS trench Schottky barrier technology supports lower forward voltage drop (VF), higher standoff voltage (VRRM) and reduced switching losses for improved power conversion efficiency. The PDFN56 package provides a small, thermally efficient PCB footprint making it extremely versatile for advanced and efficient surface mount applications.
