The patented MOS trench Schottky barrier technology supports lower forward voltage drop (VF), higher standoff voltage (VRRM), and lower leakage currents across the full operating temperature range to significantly reduce conduction losses in switch mode power conversion (SMPC) applications. The ROHS compliant, halogen free, low profile SMPC4.0 package offers a small footprint and thermal efficiency for reliable surface mount applications.
