This VCO features a maximum phase noise of -112dBc/Hz at 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is +7.0dBm max. Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the model CVCO55CC-3400-3400 is packaged in the industry-standard 12.7mm2 SMD package. Input voltage is 5V typ., with a max. current consumption of 35 mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimised to 0.3MHz and 0.1MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -15dBc typical.
