April 2004 HD3VC4AX / HD3VC4HRX Varifocal Fixed Dome At just 110mm in diameter and 80mm in height, the 3"varifocal fixed domes offer all the performance of a traditional fixed camera with the discretion of a dome. Available in colour with standard or high resolution versions, the domes can be ceiling or wall mounted, providing the ideal choice for retail stores, casinos, shopping malls, building entrances, business environments etc. Both domes have an integral 4.0 - 9.0mm varifocal lens which allows for easy installation and multiple angles of view. The high speed F1.6 lens also provides good low light performance. The domes have backlight compensation for applications when strong unwanted background lighting interferes with the clarity of important areas of the dome's view whilst the auto gain control (AGC) improves sensitivity in low light conditions. Flickerless mode can be utilised if interference from fluorescent lighting is detected on the video picture. The 3" domes provide the perfect solution for any unobtrusive surveillance requirements.
