Dear Macronix Customer, In order to increase supply and utilize advanced process technologies, Macronix is announcing the obsolescence of MX23L6423 and MX23L6451 produced on the older 0.25um process technology. These products have been replaced by the new MX23L6423A and MX23L6454 products manufactured on 0.18um process. Macronix will continue to support the existing MX23L6423 and MX23L6451 as outlined in the following schedule: 1. The Last Time Order Date 30th Sept., 2009 2.
