The part numbers are contained in “Attachment A” on page 2 and “Attachment B” on page 3. The key dates for the last time to buy are as follows: • Last date for placing orders: March 30, 2007, or until supplies are consumed, whichever comes first. • Last date for shipping orders: September 30, 2007. Every effort should be made to place last time buy orders in a timely manner and avoid waiting until the last moment to place orders. If you anticipate that your last time buy requirements will exceed the current run rate, for specific devices, please provide your Actel Sales Representative with a forecast of the requirements. Product may be limited in availability. Orders will be supported on a first come, first serve basis. Orders for these products will be non-cancelable and non-returnable. An alternative solution is to transition to Actel's 42MX product family. The table below illustrates the A42MX comparable products that you can substitute for the current DX requirements.
