The NEW AT24C32D and AT24C64D (1.7V to 5.5V) will now replace all AT24C32C and AT24C64C (1.8V to 5.5V) devices respectively. The new packaged devices offered with the AT24C32D and AT24C64D are as the following: 8-lead JEDEC SOIC: ROHS compliant/Lead-Free/Halogen-Free/NiPdAu plating. 8-lead TSSOP: ROHS compliant/Lead-Free/Halogen-Free/NiPdAu plating. 8-lead UDFN (Mini-MAP): ROHS compliant/Lead-Free/Halogen-Free/NiPdAu plating. 8-lead XDFN: ROHS compliant/Lead-Free/Halogen-Free/NiPdAu plating. 5-lead SOT23: ROHS compliant/Lead-Free/Halogen-Free/Matte Tin plating. 8-ball VFBGA (dBGA2): ROHS compliant/Lead-Free/Halogen-Free/SnAgCu balls. Atmel will also support die sales shipment in Wafer Form, Tape and Reel and Bumped Wafers Identification Method to Distinguish Change: NEW part numbers have been created by adding a “D” to the suffix of the catalogue part number: The AT24C32C shall be identified as the AT24C32D. The AT24C64C shall be identified as the AT24C64D.
