immunity and a stable output.
All inputs are equipped with protection circuits
against static discharge and transient excess
voltage.
DESCRIPTION
The M54HC4002 is an high speed CMOS DUAL
4-INPUT NOR GATE fabricated with silicon gate
C2MOS technology.
