DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMSH8-40 is a
highly reliable 8.0 Amp, 40 Volt surface mount silicon
Schottky rectifier designed for use in all types of
commercial, industrial, entertainment, computer, and
lighting applications.
