DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMSH5-40FL is
an extremely efficient silicon Schottky rectifier with low
total conduction losses packaged in the low profile
SMBFL case. The SMBFL fits on existing industry
standard SMB mounting pad layouts.
