DESCRIPTION:
The MS1642 is a gold metallized silicon NPN transistor
designed for general purpose amplifier applications in
the VHF and UHF frequency bands. Diffused emitter
ballast resistors and computer controlled wirebonding
techniques ensure maximum device reliability and
consistency.
