INTRODUCTION
The OD9651N is an optical receiver module for OC-192 single-mode fiber applications. The high transimpedance, low power-consumption OD9651N is designed with an integrated InGaAs pin-photodiode
and pre-amplifier. It is available in a 17-pin surface mount package.
