CEATEC2013-23a e A4 (210mm×297mm) Thin Film Power Inductors TFM2016 & TFM2520 Series New Product CEATEC2013-23a Small, low-profile power inductors for high currents/low DC resistance The TFM series of compact power inductors is mainly designed for use in power supply circuits of smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices. The lineup comprises 2.0 x 1.6mm (2016 size) and 2.5 x 2.0mm (2520 size) products with a maximum thickness of 1.0mm. The use of proprietary pattern forming technology developed by TDK, together with a material featuring improved magnetic saturation characteristics, results in current handling ratings on the order of several amperes, regardless of the small footprint and low height of the inductors.
