General Feature Comparison The new Macronix C version serial flash (512Kb~4Mb) provides advanced ”Low VCC Write Inhibit” feature to prevent program/erase operation during abnormal voltage range. The voltage for “Low VCC write Inhibit” feature is set at VCC=2.3V and the variation is ±0.1V. When the system voltage is under 2.3V, the program and erase operation of Flash is disabled.
