LUMISWITCHには、単色発光タイプまたは2色発光タイプの照光
式スイッチと、非照光式スイッチがあり、それぞれ多彩な形状の製
品が揃っています。このうち照光式スイッチは、スイッチとLEDを
ワンパッケージにしたもので、当社が世界で初めて製品化に成功し
ました。これにより、部品点数の削減、実装時間の短縮、大幅なコ
ストダウンに貢献します。
■ 特徴
The LUMISWITCH line consists of illuminated type
having monochrome model and two-colored model
and non-illuminated type, both of which have a wide
variety of shapes. For illuminated type, the switch
and LED are integrated into one package that we
have succeeded in commercializing for the first time
in the world. This integration provides reduction in
component quantity, mounting time, and cost
significantly.

使用上の注意 Precautions to be taken when mounting LUMISWITCH

LUMISWITCHをテーピングして納入いたします。なお、
テーピング仕様は機種によって異なりますが、
本カタログの
テーピング仕様頁に機種別詳細を掲載しておりますので
ご参照ください。
■ はんだ付け推奨条件
LUMISWITCHs are taped for delivery. Taping specifications will
differ depending on the type. For details concerning each type,
please refer to the taping specifications page in this catalog.
Recommended Soldering Conditions
■ リフローはんだ
■ Reflow Soldering
① プリヒートおよび本加熱は、下図の推奨リフロー温度
プロファイルに従い、炉の温度を設定してください。
但し、
ピーク値は240℃を超えないようご注意ください。
下図の温度プロファイルは、スイッチ上面の温度です。
基板の種類やリフロー炉の種類によりスイッチ及び基板
上面との間に温度差が生じますので、十分ご確認の上
ご使用ください（「鉛フリーリフローはんだ」
は除く）。
スイッチが常温に戻ってから
② はんだ付けの後の取り扱いは、
行ってください。
●推奨リフローはんだ付け温度プロファイル
Recommended reflow soldering temperature profile.
① Set the oven temperature in accordance with the recommended
reflow temperature profile in the diagram below for preheating
and regular heating. Be careful not to exceed the peak value of
240℃.
The temperature profile in the diagram below is for the
temperature of the upper surface of the switch. A temperature
difference between the switch and the upper surface of
the board will arise depending on the type of board and the
type of reflow oven. This should be carefully verified before
use（except for“lead-free reflow soldering”
）.
② After soldering, let the switch return to room temperature
before handling.

はんだゴテは20W以下のものを使用し、コテ先温度は
350℃以下で、
3秒以内1回限りで行ってください。

■ Manual Soldering
Use a soldering iron of 20 W or less and keep the temperature of
the soldering iron tip at 350℃ or less. Soldering should be
kept to within 3 seconds for each connection.

パックによる防湿包装を行っています。
■ 吸湿時の処理
仮にスイッチが吸湿してしまった場合は、以下の条件で
ベーキング処理を行ってからご使用ください。
・恒温槽において、
60℃×12H
Moisture resistant packaging using an aluminum envelope is
used to avoid moisture absorption while the switches are being
transported or stored.
■ How to handle products that have absorbed moisture
When switches have absorbed moisture, they should be baked
according to the following conditions.
・60℃ x 12 hours in a constant temperature tank
