If the switch has a metal cover, apply it to the metal cover and between the terminals for one minute． No breakdown 20ms or less Apply AC 250V(50Hz or 60Hz) between the terminals (except terminals of LED) for one minute. If the switch has a metal cover, apply it to the metal coverand between the terminals for one minute． Press the center of operating part at the speed of 2 times per second, and measure bounce at ON and OFF. After exposure to the ambient condition of 60℃±2℃ and 90 to 95% R H for 96 hours, expose test pieces at normal temperature and humidit y for one hour and measure at standard conditions. Water dropletssho uld be removed. Measure performance after applying the under temperature cycle as per the diagram below 10 times. Vibrating directions: X, Y and Z, Test hours are 6H and 2H for each directions. 30G of accelerated shock velocity. Direction of shock is along X, Y and Z axes. Shock is applied three(3) times in each directi on, a total of nine(9) times. Reflow soldering 1)Solder paste is to be applied to the soldering pads by a dispenser or screen-printing. 2)For screen-printing, the recommended thickness of metal mask is 0.15mm. 3)It is recommended to use a reflow furnace with upper and lower heater combination capability 4)Temperatures of both pre-heating and main heating of the reflow furnace are to be set in accordance with the following temperature profile. Care must be taken to ensure that the peak temperature does not rise higher than 250℃. The temperatures in the following profile are the ones on the top surface of Lumiswitch. As temperatures of the switch and the surface of PCB are not equal depending on the kind of PCB and furnace, please check them carefully prior to applying reflow soldering. 5)After reflow soldering, care must be taken not to handle LUMISWITCH until its temperature cools and returns to normal temperature. 6)This product is a lead- free correspondence product. ５sec ＭＡＸ （℃） ２～４℃／sec ２５０ ２３０ ２００ ９０～１２０sec 30±10s １５０ １００ ２～４℃／sec Ｔｉｍｅ 5-2. Manual soldering 1)It is recommended to use 6/4 solder or solder containing silver (Ag). 2)Use a soldering iron of 20W or less and keep the temperature of tip to less than 350℃. Soldering should be done only one time and within 3 seconds. 3)After soldering, care must be taken not to handle the LUMISWITCH until its temperature cools and returns to normal temperature. 5-3. Cleaning When cleaning is needed after soldering, the following conditions are recommended. 1.Solvent: Alcohol (IPA, methanol, ethanol, etc.) 2.Temperature, time: 50℃ or less × 30 sec. or 30℃ × 3 min. or less 3.Ultra sonic cleaning bath: Output 300W or less 6.
