Description
The SN230TFR TEMPEST Rugged Notebook Computer (Laptop) is designed to be a robust
portable solution with sunlight readable screen and discreet graphics card for demanding
applications with the highest level of TEMPEST protection.
Rigorous testing to MIL-STD 810G, which is the most widely used international standard,
ensures the SN230TFR will meet the highest standards of ruggedness and reliability, ensuring
operations even after being dropped onto concrete.
The SN230TFR is a rugged portable TEMPEST computer designed to survive harsh handling in
extreme environmental conditions and withstand dust, sand, high humidity, shock and vibration.
It can operate from -20°C to +55 °C to enable deployment of a TEMPEST secure computing or
messaging handling facility with assured reliability, into virtually any environment. The
SN230TFR is TEMPEST to SDIP-27 Level A and MIL-STD-461 for Military EMC.
With a slim magnesium alloy case, an IP54 keyboard and touchpad, sealed ports & connectors
and fanless operation the SN230TFR remains sealed against dust and rain and is virtually silent.
The SN230TFR can become the basis from which SST provides bespoke interfaces on military
38999 or sealed connectors, fibre Ethernet, satellite modem, multiple serial, USB and eSATA
connections and integrated token reader for encryption authentication.
