The excellent linearity performance achieved by the RF1602 makes it ideal for use in SV-LTE, WCDMA, and CDMA applications. The RF1602 offers very high isolation between RF ports providing greater separation between transmit and receive paths. The RF1602 is packaged in a very compact 2mm x 2mm x 0.55mm 12-Pin QFN package.
