44L LQFP 替换 44L PQFP 应用说明书
一、适用产品： 新茂国际所有产品.
二、主旨：新茂国际预计生产 44L LQFP (10X10X1.4; Footprint=3.2mm)产品，其除 IC 胶体厚度较薄
及上下臂长度略有不同外，可完全兼容于 44L PQFP (10X10X2.0; Footprint=3.2mm)之 IC
座(Socket)及一般应用。

四、44L LQFP 与 44L PQFP package 二者之主要差异处：(1). IC 整体厚度不同 (2).脚长相同，但上
下臂长度略有不同。
1. 二者 IC 整体厚度不同。
1.1 44L LQFP：A=1.7mm. (A=A1+A2)
1.2 44L PQFP：A=2.7mm. (A=A1+A2)
2. 二者脚长相同，但上下臂长度略有不同。
2.1 44L LQFP：L1 1.6mm / L 1.20±0.15mm.
2.2 44L PQFP：L1 1.6mm / L 0.88+0.15mm.

五、44L LQFP 与 44L PQFP 兼容性说明：
1. IC 应用兼容性说明：
1.1 在系统应用方面 IC 脚长(L1)、lead frame 厚度( c )、脚宽(b)、间距(e)及 Lead 斜脚( θ˚) 完
全相同。
1.2 IC 胶体之长、宽相同，虽 44L LQFP 胶体厚度(A2=1.4mm)较 44L PQFP(A2=2.0mm)薄一些，
但其厚度不致影响系统组装及应用。
2. IC 座(socket)兼容性说明：
2.1 44L PQFP 或 44L LQFP IC 放入 IC 座中并盖上上盖压合 IC 时，其压合点是施压在 IC lead
脚上方，并无施压在 IC 胶体上，即使 44L LQFP IC 胶体虽较薄，也不会影响到 IC 座之压
合。

2.2 IC 脚长(L1)及下臂(L)相容分析说明：

44L LQFP 与 44L PQFP L1=1.6mm.

44L LQFP 上臂 MAX. 0.55mm 【[1.6-(1.2-0.15)]=0.55】.

44L PQFP 上臂 MIN. 0.57mm 【[1.6-(0.88+0.15)]=0.57】.
由以上可知 44L LQFP 上臂最大值比 44L PQFP 上臂的最小值还小，
所以 44L LQFP 用于 44L
PQFP 之 IC 座(socket)上不会卡住。

2.3 44L LQFP 与 44L PQFP 之胶体长宽、脚长、脚宽及脚间距完全相同，故两者皆适用于同
一 IC 座(socket)。
