IT5305BE 20.0 MHz SPECIFICATION MODEL IT5300B SMD Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillators High Stability SMD TCXO using an analogue IC for compensation. Frequencies ranging from 11MHz to 36MHz. Product Description The IT5300B employs an analogue IC for the oscillator and temperature compensation. 5 x 3.2 x 1.5mm in size. The RSX−5 crystal is surface mounted on top of the ceramic IC carrier. The segregation of the crystal from the oscillator further improves the reliability of the product. Features Applications include Indoor GPS receivers and other satcomm applications. ±0.5ppm temperature stability over wide temperature ranges. Excellent phase noise performance. Clipped sinewave frequency output from 11MHz to 36MHz. Frequency slope and perturbation specifications can be customized to the application requirement. Internal power regulation. Unit can operate on any supply voltage between 2.7 and 5.5 Volts.
