Description
KSM-□□□ D Series consist of a PIN Photodiode of high
speed and a preamplifier IC in the package as an receiver
for Infrared Signal systems
Features
Very High Noise Immunity ( Dual Band-pass Filter )
Low Current Consumption
Wide supply-voltage range : 2.7V to 3.7V
Shielded against electrical field disturbance
High immunity against ambient light disturbances
Available for carrier frequencies between 20.5kHz / 25kHz / 37.9kHz
TTL and CMOS compatible
Applications
