In normal conditions a variation in the electrical parameters (capacitance and dissipation factor values) occurs due to the ambient temperature and the amount of moisture contained in the air surrounding the components. The variation depends mainly on the type of dielectric and the material used for the coating. Avoid to store the capacitors in places where the environmental conditions differ from the following: Storage time: ≤ 24 months from the date marked on the label glued to the package. Temperature: -40 to 80°C Humidity: ≤ 70% ≤ 85% absent - Average per year: - For 30 full days randomly distributed throughout the year: - Dew: These levels of humidity must be reduced according to the ambient temperature on the basis of the graph below.
