These high-reliability Vishay Vitramon devices are 100 % manufactured in Vishay's MIL-STD-790-certified (Cage Code SHV71) facility, and are available with BP and BX dielectrics in seven body sizes ranging from 0805 to 2225 and with capacitance as low as 1 pF.
