prepared in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of
America (the "U.S. GAAP") for the 3rd quarter ("Qtr.") of fiscal year ("FY") 2005, the three months
ended December 31, 2004, and for the nine-month-period from April 1, 2004 through
