3-3 .調光機能 Dimming
PWM 信号を調光端子(DIM/+および DIM/-)間に入力することにより外部調光(出力電流調整)が可能です。
Fig.2 に接続図を示します。
PWM 信号仕様 制御周波数 : 1kHz 印加電圧 : 12 - 15Vp-p (Fig.3 参照)
Fig.4 は PWM Duty – Io 特性の代表データです。
Dimming (output current adjustment) is possible by inputting a PWM signal between “DIM/+” and “DIM/-“.
Fig.2 shows a connection diagram.

5. LED との接続例 Example of connection between LEDs and power supply
・本製品の負荷電圧仕様に合致した LED を接続してください。（3-2 参照）
Connect LED which shall comply with the Load Voltage Specifications of this product. （refer to 3-2）
・本製品は定電流電源のため LED を接続する際は Fig.6 の通り直列接続にて使用してください。また、LED を並列で使用する際
は LED チップの特性ばらつきにより順電流にアンバランスが生じるため LED の等価抵抗を考慮し、必要があれば抵抗を挿入す
る等で電流のバランスを図ってください。
Connect LEDs in series to the output as following Fig.6 because the power supply is constant current output. Parallel connection
of LEDs may cause unbalance of forward currents due to uneven characteristics of LED chips. Check the equivalent resistance of
LED, and may need series resistors to balance the currents.

・本製品の無償保証期間は納入後 2 年です。その期間は無償にて代替品に交換致します。
Warranty period is two years after delivery. The product can be replaced without charge during this period.

・本製品は精密機器のため取り扱いには十分注意してください。特に機械的ストレス(衝撃、落下等)が加わった製品は使用しな
いでください。
Handle with care this product since it is a precision equipment. Especially do not use the product stressed by mechanically such
as shock or drop and so on.

・入出力ケーブルはキズや破損の無いように使用してください。また、ケーブルを引っ張ったり、繰り返し折れ曲がる様な部位
に使用したりしないでください。短絡、断線及び浸水、感電等の原因になります。
Input/Output cable must be handled without any scratches and damages. And do not pull a cable, it must not be used at such as
repetitive folding down site. Those may cause entry of water, short-circuit or disconnection or electric shock and so on.

・本製品を設置する場合、適切な締め付けトルク(0.6N・m 以下 / M3)で固定してください。ケースの破損や製品の落下等の原
因になります。また、安全のため FG 端子は必ず接地してください。
Fix the product by appropriate tightening torque (0.6N・m or less / M3), to avoid possible to drop. FG must be grounded for
safety reason.

・本製品はクラスⅠ機器のため、FG をアースに接地して使用してください。
Ground the FG because of Class I appliance.
・一時的にでも水の影響を受ける場所に設置する場合は、Fig.7 のように電線接続部の全体、及び入出力部のケーブルとブッ
シュ部に防水処理を行なってください。 （結露状態も含みます）
防水処理を行わない場合、ブッシュとケーブル組合せ部分、及びケーブルの隙間から機器内に水が浸入する恐れがあり故障、
感電の原因となります。（防水処理箇所は Fig.8 を参照願います。）
When installing in the place where that it is temporary has influence of water, as shown in Fig. 7, waterproof processing is carried
out to the cables and Bush portions of the wire splicing part whole and an input-and-output part.
(Condensation state is also included.)
If waterproof processing is not performed, there will be a possibility that water may invade in apparatus from the attachment part
of the crevice in a cable, or a cable and a bush, and it will become a cause of failure and an electric shock.
（Refer to Fig.8 for a waterproof processing part.)

7-3. 動作時の注意点 Operation
・通電中や電源遮断直後は製品に直接触れないでください。ヤケドの恐れがあります。
Do not touch this product case directly during operation or shortly after the cutting off the AC power, to avoid burn injury.
・仕様の環境条件を逸脱して動作させないでください。故障の原因となります。
This product must be operated within the specified environmental conditions. Otherwise the product may be broken.

・入力インターフェースに仕様で規定した範囲以外の電圧を加えないでください。また、製品の DC 出力に外部から電圧を加
えたり短絡させたりしないでください。故障の原因となります。
Do not apply the voltage to input cable that not acceptable on this product specification, also do not apply the any voltage to
output cable or short output cable, to avoid the product failure.
・必ず最終製品に設置した状態で評価、確認を行なってください。
This product must be required evaluation and verification with end-product.
・運転停止直後は出力ケーブルの先に電圧が残っているので触れないでください。感電の恐れがあります。
Do not touch this product shortly after the cutting off the AC power, to avoid electric shocks.

・製品の保管時は保管温度+5 - +35℃、保管湿度 45 - 85％ＲH の環境下で保管してください。※梱包状態
製品が劣化、及び破損する可能性があるため、以下の環境条件で保管しないでください。
1) 直射日光、紫外線、放射能が照射されるところ
2) 規定範囲を超える振動、衝撃が加わるところ
3) 電界強度の影響が強いところ
4) 腐食性ガス(SOX、H2S、NOX、Cl2、NH3 等)の発生するところ
5) 塵埃の多いところ
6) 水・塩水・油等の液体が直接かかるところ
7) 揮発性、引火性ガスの雰囲気中
8) 結露するところ
9) その他上記に準ずるところ

6) Where water, salt water and oil can be covered with.
7) Where volatile or flammable gas are existed.
8) Where condensation occurs.
9) Where other similar sites.
