Model CVCO55BE-10002000 is a voltagecontrolled oscillator (VCO)
with tuning range from
1000 to 2000 MHz. It
tunes via control voltages
from +1 to +20 VDC and
provides typical output
power of +5.5 dBm across
the frequency range. The
source achieves low singlesideband phase noise of typically -95 dBc/Hz offset 10 kHz from the carrier, with secondharmonic suppression of typically -10 dBc. Housed in an industry-standard 0.5 × 0.5 in.
SMD package, the VCO minimizes pulling and pushing to 7.5 MHz and 2.5 MHz/V,
respectively. The low-noise oscillator, which consumes typically 25 mA current from a
+10-VDC supply, is designed for operating temperatures from -40 to +80°C.
