Any orders with a customer requested delivery date between the Last Order Date, (23 September 2014) and the PCN Effective Date (23 March 2015) will be non-cancellable and non-returnable. Orders with a customer requested delivery date beyond the PCN Effective Date of 23 March 2015 will not be accepted.
