In order to achieve better performance, reliability, and cost structure, Macronix is introducing the “A” revision of standard Mask ROM products on the 0.18um technology. In the mean time, Macronix is announcing the discontinuance of MX23L6413, MX23L6415, 3V only Mask ROM products specified by part numbers on page 4 of this notification.
