The purpose of this letter is to our customers that Aeroflex UTMC has completed qualification of a new die supplier for the SµMMIT XTE’s internal memory. We began shipping SµMMIT XTE’s with the new memory die in December 2000. Revision C SµMMIT XTEs, with the new memory die, are fit, form, and function replacements to revision B. Revision C indicates a memory change only.
