ACTP-1795 High Frequency Tunnel Detector Data Sheet Revision Date: 12/23/2015 The most important thing we build is trust DESCRIPTION: Exceptional thermal stability and flatness vs. frequency characterize these tunnel detectors from Cobham Signal & Control Solutions, Inc. Several models are available which operate over all or a portion of the frequency range of 18 to 40 GHz. The temperature stability is +/- 0.3dB over the range of -65°C to +100°C. The typical output impedance is 115. This allows for extremely fast video response when operating in the square law range, typically -20dBm or lower. The input power rating is +14dBm maximum.
