Connect the test setup as shown in Figure 1. 2. Apply an input voltage, VIN = 4-6 Vdc 3. Apply IOUT(load) = 0 A 4. Observe Soft and PG signal proper behavior as shown in Figure 2 5. Check that VOUT = 3.3 + 5%Vdc 6. Set IOUT to desired level 0 A- 6 A and measure voltage and current the efficiency should be similar to that shown in Figure 3 7. Check that VOUT = 3.3 + 5%Vdc under desired operating condition 8. Turn off the load 9. Turn off VIN 10.
