Product Overview NCP59150: Linear Voltage Regulator Series, VLDO, Fast Transient Response, 1.5 A For complete documentation, see the data sheet Product Description The NCP59150 series is a high precision, very low dropout, low ground current positive voltage regulator that is capable of providing an output current in excess of 1.5 A with a typical dropout voltage lower than 300 mV. The device has an input operating voltage range of 2.24V to 13.5V and a maximum input voltage tolerance of 18V. Internal protection features include an output current limit, thermal shutdown and reverse output current protection. The device is available as an adjustable regulator (the NCP59152) or in fixed voltage options (NCP59150 and NCP59151). The NCP59151 devices include an enable function and an output Error flag.
