NLAS5113 1 W RON SPST Switch The NLAS5113 is an SPST switch designed for very low RON applications within portable devices. The NLAS5113 operates over a wide VCC range, 1.65 V to 4.5 V, and maintain a very low RON: 1.3 W Max @ VCC = 4.2 V.
