Offering a typical consumption of only 20µA, it is particularly well-suited for every kind of battery-supplied applications. The TS93x is housed in the space-saving 5 pins SOT23-5 package which simplifies the board design because of the ability to be placed everywhere (outside dimensions are : 2.8mm x 2.9mm). 8 N.C.
