Description
The 2STR2230 is a PNP transistor manufactured
using new “PB-HCD” (Power Bipolar High Current
Density) technology. The resulting transistor
shows exceptional high gain performances
coupled with very low saturation voltage.
Internal schematic diagram
The complementary NPN is the 2STR1230.

second level interconnect is marked on the package and on the inner box label, in
compliance with JEDEC Standard JESD97. The maximum ratings related to soldering
