UTC 2SD879 NPN EPITAXIAL SILICON TRANSISTOR 1.5V, 3V STROBE APPLICATIONS DESCRIPTION The UTC 2SD879 is a NPN epitaxial silicon transistor, designed for 1.5V and 3V strobe applications.
