A combination of gain flatness, high linearity and bandwidth make it ideal for CATV distribution, cable modem and laser diode driver applications. The device is designed for 75 Ω systems and packaged for push-pull operation. A mature and reliable GaAs MESFET technology is employed to maximize linearity at low power dissipation. The package is a thermally enhanced SOIC-8 and all devices are 100% RF tested.
