M630 VOLTAGE CONTROLLED SAW OSCILLATOR GENERAL DESCRIPTION PIN ASSIGNMENT (1.6 x 1.8 inch SMA) The M630 is a VCSO (Voltage Controlled SAW Oscillator) frequency source for low-jitter clock generation. Its integrated SAW (surface acoustic wave) based oscillator and filters deliver output with exceptionally low phase jitter. The M630 is available in a selection of center frequencies in the 10GHz range. The M630 is suitable for phase-locked loop implementations, clock and data recovery circuits, and other timing applications for the telecom and optical fiber networking markets (OC-192/STM-64 with and without Forward Error Correction - FEC).
