PHY address = “82h” or “01” binary for transceivers with serial number 0000000224 and lower. The EEPROM memory address = “A0h” The Bel SFP-1GBT-01 module is internally configured for copper 10/100 BroadR-Reach™ mode. The host interface transmits and receives serial data differentially at 1.25 Gbps. • SFP Transceiver identification is specified as “04h” for byte 6 in the EEPROM.
