The low 0.130" profile allows it to be mounted into a low profile hermetic package with other miniature components using silver epoxy, solder or wire bonding attachment methods. 2. The basic power divider is a hybrid junction with one of its ports internally terminated. For in-phase power division, such as the PDZ-2B series, the E port is internally terminated. 3. These units employ a broadband, high isolation design using lumped element technology mounted on a metallized alumina substrate.
