The PS214-315 is packaged in the small outline LGA (Land Grid Array) surface mount package with the internal elements affixed to an organic BT substrate. NEW Skyworks offers lead (Pb)-free, RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances)-compliant packaging.
