TORQUE SCREWS TO THE APPROPRIATE VALUE. MAKE SURE THAT THE DEVICE IS FLAT AGAINST THE HEATSINK. (CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN TO AVOID UPWARD PRESSURE OF THE LEADS TOWARDS THE LID).
