Each circuit has CMOS compatible inputs with thresholds that track as a function of VCC. The inputs are PNPs providing the high impedance necessary for interfacing with CMOS. DS1631 series pin-outs are the same as the respective logic functions found in the DS75451 and DS75461 series of circuits.
