The ZR4040-5.O uses a bandgap circuit
design to achievea precision micropower
voltage reference of5.Ovolts. Thedeviceis
available in small outline surface mount
packases, ideal for applications where space
saving is important, as well as packages for
through hole requirements.

voltage without an external capacitor and is
atable with capacitive loads The ZR4040-5.O
is recommended for operation between
